Cleaning

Shampoo / Vacuum Carpets

Clean any appliances that are staying with the sale

Wash all walls (Dust, spider webs, etc.)

Vacuum / Wash all Air Conditioning / Heating vents

Clean all lighting fixtures

Shine all mirrors

Wash all window dressings

Clean and Freshen bathrooms

Give your home the SPACIOUS look

Store excess furniture

Clear counter and stove of extra appliances / Knick Knacks

Clean out the bottom of closets

Keep closets / pantries neat and organized

Curb Appeal

Cut and trim lawn and shrubs

Weed and edge walkways and gardens

Pick up any litter

Clear leaves and pine straw

Roll up, or store hoses

Repair any broken fences or gates

Clean out / take out garbage

Touch-up exterior paint / wash siding

General Maintenance

Oil any squeaky doors

Tighten door knobs, replace defective hinges

Replaced burned out lights

Clean and repair windows and screens

Touch up chipped paint

Play soft background music

Arrange to be absent during showings

Keep pets outdoors
